Vehicles without horse trailers may park in these areas. // All competitors chosen for a team in the Sponsor Team Challenge must wear sponsorship back penne’s // All competitors will need to wear the wrist band that will be put on their wrists when they come to pay entry fees. This will enable the competitors to enter the building during the performances, this will also apply to the stock contractors and contract acts for this 3 day event. // SATURDAY WILL BE PURPLE DAY- So our board is asking that all competitors wear purple on Saturday April 27th. // We also ask that competitors clean up any manure, hay and garbage before leaving. There will be dumpsters provided. // THERE IS NO ALCOHOL TO BE CONSUMED IN OR AROUND THE RODEO ARENA WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE BEER GARDENS. THIS BEEN BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION BY THE CITY STAFF AND WE COULD LOSE THE FACILITY IF IT CONTINUES TO HAPPEN. THE WHOLE COMPLEX IS AN ALCOHOL FREE ZONE.

No horse trailer parking along the south chain link fence. We will rake after every 5-barrel racers during the perfs and slack. Committee does not agree to hold stock until end of performance. Late entries will be accepted to fill performances.

Ground Rules: No stock in any event may be taken before the first section of that event or held beyond the section that it was drawn in. Exception for Re-Runs and Re-Rides. Late entries and open (local) entries will be allowed to fill performances. Slack will not be offered until performances are filled with 10 Contestants without committee approval. No riding double in the arena. Only contestants, contractors, and committee personnel allowed mounted in the arena. Arena director will remove unnecessary people from the arena. Only Rodeo contractor and his personnel. Newport Rodeo Assn. committee members and Contestant and 1 helper allowed behind the rough stock and timed event areas. NO ONE UNDER 14.
