WAIVER: (Participant(s)), in consideration of my being allowed to participate in the event, to-wit: ANY EVENT in the St. Johns Rodeo Grounds and associated buildings, release, save and hold harmless the City of St. Johns, St. Johns Rodeo Association, the sponsors of the event, and any and all their employees, agents, sponsors, or other participants, or their persons or entities, in any way connected with this event, from any harm, injury or damage which might befall me or my property as a participant in this event, including all risks connected therewith, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and from any and all legal claims or legal liability of any kind, nature and description involving or relating to any property or personal injury, mental or bodily injury or death suffered or sustained by me, including court cost and attorney fees, arising out of my participation in the event and/or my being upon the premises of the St. Johns Rodeo Grounds and associated buildings, St. Johns, Arizona by me or my family, estate heirs and assigns. I, the parent or legal guardian of the participant, shall hereby release and hold harmless the City of St. Johns, St. Johns Rodeo Association, St. Johns, Arizona, and any sponsor for all injury, damage to property, and costs, including attorney fees to defend ant action or lawsuit by the minor participant against any party mentioned above, and further, I hereby waive and release and agree to hold harmless any party mentioned above from any claim I might have for any injury to myself which occurs because of the minor's participation in the event. I, as a participant and parent of legal guardian of the participant have read, understand and will abide by all of the St. Johns Rodeo Association and Pioneer Day's Rodeo Committee's Rules and Regulations as they are relevant to the 2020 Pioneer Days Rodeo.
