Please keep horse pens 10x10 per horse, please do not tie panels to the perimeter fence. Please clean up manure and place in designated manure area
Please do not tie horses to existing perimeter fence, portable panels or construction fencing
All dogs must be on a leash at all times due to insurance requirments, no dogs in the spectator seating or beer gardens
Please no dogs in or around the competition event area 1 hour before the slack or perf or during the slack/perf
Minors under 18 must be supervised by an adult as per the lease holder agreement, minors are allowed one event helper with entry
Please ensure you wear the competitor wristband, one companion will receive a wristband. All others will need to pay at gate
Please do not watch in or near the alleyway, do not sit on the fence or chutes
Alcohol is not permitted in the competitor areas or spectator area unless in the beer gardens, cigarettes, e-ciggarettes and vapes are permited in the designated areas only
Grand Entry: If you are in the Grand Entry, please be ready 1/2 hour before the performance at the timed event gate
If selected for sponsorship team competiton, please wear your tam back patch during the performance
If you are the leading time/score please be present following the event in full western attire for photos
Tie Down Roping: Jerk down rule enforced with disqualification
2 head option for rough stock if limited numbers
Behind the roughstock chutes are limited to contestants and designated volunteers. Junior Steer Riders can have one parent helper
Ladies Barrel Racing will be run in/out, Junior & Peewee Barrels will be run in and closed gate. Peewee and Junior competitors can have one parent helper. Peewee barrel racers MUST WEAR HELMETS. No spectators or competitors in or near the alleyway. |

As for steer wrestling, an automatic “no-time” will be given to a contestant if a steer “dog falls,” and a steer must be on its feet before being rolled to the ground.

Saturday: WHITE to honor Health Care & EMS/Miitary/RCMP
Sunday: PINK for tough enough to wear pink for breast cancer
Monday: BLUE for Conussion Awareness
MONEY ADDED:
Amount is divided equally between 3 rounds and an average.
Team Roping added money is $5000 per end.
REQUIRED FEES:
All competitors in major events will need a $100 sponsor, this sponsorship goes to added money
All competitors in major events will need to buy/sell one book of tickets.
Buy/sell 3 books of tickets to waive your sponsorship/raffle requirements
GROUND RULES:
All contestants to get a wrist band when paying entries, one companion per contestant will receive a free wrist band.
If you need to go behind the chutes please get a WRIST BAND from the Rodeo Office, no persons to be behind the chutes other than contestants, one help and rodeo personnel.
No dogs allowed on the grounds, it must be on a leash at all times and cannot go outside of the Rodeo Parking Area.
STALLS:
Limited stalls are available for finals, stalls are $15 each per nigh with a $50 deposit. If stalls are not cleaned depsoit will be kept and $50 fine will be applied.

MANDATORY MEETING:
Saturday prior to the rodeo there will be a mandatory contestant meeting, western attire required. Failure to attend is a $100 fine. The meeting is at 11:00am at the Hall on site.
GRAND ENTRY:
Contestants will be required to pack a flag during grand entry for each round. |
