Are you ready to streamline your rodeo administration, improve your website with automatic updates of draws, results and standings. Let us know when you are ready to begin.
We have just added offline scoring entry to Rodeo Management System. This is a pretty big deal as far as we are concerned. Now when you need to take RMS with you to a location without internet access, you will still be able to record and save scores while offline. Then just a couple button clicks to upload your scores to the RMS database.

Do you like the word FREE? We use it often, when customers ask us how much it will cost to add a custom feature. FREE. That's our answer. Our custom programming rates are $0.
As our users request new features, we add them for all users to benefit. We believe that by continuously improving our Rodeo Management System we make the product more valuable and more user friendly. For some, this is a new report. For others it means a new scoring format or a new event type. See below for some of the recent enhancements.
During the 2018 summer rodeo season we greatly expanded our rodeo formats and options within the formats. The list now includes Standard, Long Go / Short Go, Long Go / Short Go Plus Average, 2 Go Plus Average, 3 Go Plus Average, and 4 Go Plus Average. Each format is fully supported through the entire end-to-end Rodeo Management System.
On the request of one of our clients, we have added a new sort order option to the display of events. The rodeo admin can now place the event in their order of occurance to make the online display match the order of events in their printed program.
Earlier this year we added a new draw notification routine, so that when a draw or results are posted, or the draw/results become official, the rodeo admin can choose to send a notification to all members. We have now built upon this bulk email routine to allow for a custom message to be sent to all the member database, or a selection. The message can be sent to:
Popular uses of this routine include notifying entrants of an increase in the purse for an event, information about the rodeo venue, and updates to rodeo association information.
We are now well set up to provide our full Rodeo Management platform to High School Rodeo Associations. This includes the administration of the main senior high school rodeo plus fully supporting the Junior High School events as well. This is in addition to the standard rodeo formats we support plus Junior Rodeo requirements.
Set the stock draw generation to automatic and let the Rodeo Management System take care of everything. RMS will use the stock in the database matched to the stock contractors for the rodeo and produce a random assignment. Rodeo Administrators always have the ability to make changes as needed should the stock list change for any reason. When the draw generation button is pushed, a draw of all contestants is first generated and then the stock is assigned, automatically, with no other effort needed.
Just as it sounds. Some associations handle their stock assignments the old fashioned way, pulling names out of a hat at the rodeo. We have built a handy drop down routine to quickly assign stock to entrants. When the stock is entered and saved, it is immediately available on the rodeo draw.
This option is the hybrid of the Automatic and the Manual. For some associations, their rodeo admin practices include providing a list of events, performances, and number of entrants in each event/performance to the stock contractor who then provides the required stock. The Push Button option allows the rodeo admin to run the draw for entrants, generate the list for the stock contractors, input the supplied stock for the rodeo, then run the stock assignment routine. The Automatic and the Push Button options use the same procedures to produce the random stock assignments.
Powerful. Flexible. Automated.
We have worked with the Central Rodeo League in Canada to develop and test the system. It is now ready to help manage your rodeo association.
A few of the many features:
We are including a selected list of our customer to show the broad appeal of the Rodeo Management System, from Junior Rodeo Associations, to High School Rodeo Associations to Pro Rodeo Associations.
';With the recent on-boarding of the California High School Rodeo Associations, District 1 and District 3, we are now well set up to provide our full Rodeo Management platform to High School Rodeo Associations. This includes the administration of the main senior high school rodeo plus fully supporting the Junior High School events as well.
We are happy to announce we will shortly be starting development of our Barrel Racing program. See More Details.
